Massage exchange - workshop

What is a massage exchange?

It is an intimate, accepting meeting, where participants exchange massages following my guidance (voice and demonstration). This gives each person in the pair the opportunity to experience giving and receiving a massage session (inspired by Thai massage). The guided sequence lasts about an hour or 90 minutes, depending on the participants’ preferences and the convention of the workshop.

Sometimes I also invite friends to join me and then such a workshop is combined with, for example, a relaxation concert.

The workshop can be conducted as an independent event, but also as part of a larger event such as a retreat or festival.
