I am a physiotherapist by education and touch is my favorite way to connect with another person.
By feeling and listening to the body, I look for ways to stimulate the body's self-healing abilities that lie dormant within each of us.
After years of working in hospital and private practice, I began to notice how little is said in the medical world about prevention, taking care of yourself every day, changing our exercise habits, diet, the power of breath, touch.
I desired to start listening to my body more, noticing its needs, looking at what it says to me. Hence my interest in yoga, meditation, spending more and more time in nature, on forest retreats, getting health from herbs, diet, traditional medicine, massages. All the above led me to the dream of making life a part of work and work a part of life - this is how Pełnia Ciała came into being.
I invite you to a place where, more and more often, instead of a therapeutic touch I choose a tender and loving one, which equally often turns out to be healing. I practice it mainly during Thai massage, which is my favourite holistic way of working with people and can be a beautiful journey into the body on many levels.
